Additional Case Information:
On Saturday 10/18/1980 at approximately 0730hrs a Hispanic male was found lying in the grassy area off New Market Road near the State Farmers Market. No identification was found on the victim. Several males living in a labor camp across the street from where the victim was found stated they had seen the victim in the area of the labor camp. Two males told Detectives the victim's first name may be Radalpho, and he may live in a trailer at Tara Park with Francisco and Jose. Detectives went to Tara Park and located the trailer, ten males were living at the residence, all stated they knew the victim as Radalpho but no one knew the victim's last name. Detectives located Jose who stated the victim came to Immokalee on 09/21/1980, along with him, and twelve other males from Dallas, Texas. Jose said the victim moved from Tara Park to the labor camp on New Market Road approximately two weeks before his death, never carried any identification, and left no papers at Tara Park. Jose also stated that the victim had an uncle in Dallas, Texas, and an uncle in Houston, Texas. Jose did not know the name of either uncle; he said the rest of the victim’s family lived in Mexico.
