The Purchasing Office for the Collier County Sheriff's Office is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the agency. The Purchasing Office will seek to obtain and purchase all goods and services at the lowest possible cost taking into consideration price, service, quality and delivery.

How do I register as a vendor?

Often, larger purchases require a formal, sealed bid process through either an Invitation to Bid ("ITB") or a Request for Proposal ("RFP"). Vendors wishing to be added to our current vendor list and receive information, via email, about current ITB's or RFP's can register online. In accordance with Section 287.133(3)(a), Florida Statutes, prospective bidders must complete a Public Entities Crime Statement concerning convictions of the bidder for public entity crimes and return it with any proposal (bid). CCSO will not do business with any vendor that has been convicted of a Public Entity Crime or has been debarred or suspended from the State of Florida's Approved Vendor List.
