False Alarm Awareness Test

The following test is given to make sure you have taken the time to review all the material in this course. The test will be graded and if you pass, a certificate will be sent to you. A certificate can only be issued once per year and can only be used towards one citation of $75.00 or $100.00. Once you receive your certificate, send it with a copy of your citation and a check for $5.00 made out to: The Collier County Board of County Commissioners (CCBCC)
